Scheduled pickup and return will serve a defined London service area. We’ll confirm address eligibility and any out-of-area charge before accepting an order.
Planned drop-off hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., subject to site readiness and final confirmation.
The drop-off address and route map will be published once approved. Please do not bring laundry to an address shown elsewhere in planning materials.

Before your first order
Who collects a drop-off order?
You do. If you prefer us to deliver it after you drop it off, select “I drop off; you deliver” and we’ll quote the scheduled delivery charge.
When do I know the final price?
We weigh the laundry after receiving it and confirm the charge, including any agreed delivery cost, before processing.
Can I include a comforter or bulky bedding?
Standard machine-washable comforters and duvets have proposed per-item prices by size. Unusual or oversized items need an individual quote. We confirm the care label, dimensions and machine capacity before accepting an item; bedding-only pickup or delivery has a separate route quote.
Is pickup available anywhere in London?
Pickup depends on the final service boundary and scheduled route availability. We’ll check your address before confirming.
How do I select a student rate?
Choose Student in the order form. The estimate updates automatically. Student eligibility and final prices will be confirmed before bookings open.
How is commercial laundry priced?
Tell us what items you need washed, how much laundry you have and how often you need service. We’ll prepare a quote rather than applying a residential per-pound price.
